Can I return an item?
If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may request a refund up to 30 days from the date you have placed your order. Only then will you be eligible for a full refund.
Please keep the following in mind:
- We refund the items at the price you bought them – this also applies to sale items.
- We do not offer exchanges. However, you can always reorder the item in the desired colour.
- You are responsible for the goods returned until we confirm that we have received them.
- All items are checked when we get them back.
How do I return an order?
- Fill in the form at the bottom of the page, to let us know that you’ll be sending an item our way.
- Check your goods. In order to get a full refund, your items and original packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Include a printout of the order confirmation or invoice.
- Pack the goods securely and write the following on the package: Retur and your unique order number.
- Sends the package to: Savværksvej 14, 7870 Roslev, Denmark; it is your responsibility that the package reaches us safely
- You will pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- We recommend that you track your package and save the sending/delivery receipts.
- We will NOT sign for packages sent without adequate postage.
When can I expect my refund?
As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we will send you a confirmation email and refund you the amount you are entitled to. Refund occurs within 14 days from the date you returned the package. It may take 2-30 days before the money appears on your account. It depends on the agreement you have with your bank and card issuer.
We will refund the amount back to the same account you used for your purchase. If your card expires, we will automatically refund the amount to your new card.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
You have 2 years of warranty on all our items. This means that you can get the item exchanged or your money back depending on the situation. This is conditional on the claim being justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
We recommend that you always check your goods on receipt and contact us within a reasonable time by e-mail: email@example.com. Please include a photo of the defect, a description of the problem and your order number.
If you choose to use or repair the item in spite of the defect/problems, your warranty will become void.
If you return the item without contacting us, we will not refund your shipping costs. In some cases, it is NOT necessary to return the item. Please contact us first.
